Digital products

Barno Plans sells digital architectural-plan files. Each product page describes the included drawings, format, and price. Please review the description before purchasing.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully confirmed. Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. We may update prices or product details without affecting completed orders.

Personal use and copyright

Your purchase gives you permission to use the plan for the project described in your order. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or claim the drawings as your own.

Design changes

Requests for modifications are separate from the purchase of a standard plan and may require a new quotation.

Professional review

Customers must have the drawings reviewed and adapted by an appropriately qualified professional for their location before construction.
