Digital products

Because house plans are digital files, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

Before purchase

Please review the plan description, images, dimensions, included drawings, and price carefully before paying. Contact us if you need clarification.

Technical problems

If a file is damaged, missing, or cannot be opened, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and provide a replacement file or another suitable solution.

Duplicate payments

If you are charged more than once for the same plan, contact us with the transaction details so we can review the duplicate payment.
